专利说明:

A further object of the invention is a flexible socket wrench with few components which is robust, inexpensive to manufacture. simple and Mentioned objects, as well as other objects not listed here, are met in a satisfactory manner, by what is stated in the present independent patent claim.
Embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.
Thus, provided in accordance with the present invention, there is provided an improved socket for tightening fasteners such as screws, bolts or nuts in narrow spaces, including a wrench, an intermediate portion and an extension handle, the intermediate portion comprising a cylindrical portion having a circular or oval cross-section, rotatably arranged on the extension shaft via a transverse joint.
Characteristic of the socket wrench is that the key head is detachably arranged on the middle part of the socket wrench via a turning and locking mechanism.
According to further aspects of the socket wrench: that the towing head comprises a tapered part with a circular or oval cross section designed to fit in the cylindrical part of the intermediate part, comprises: that the rotating and locking mechanism, a spring-biased hole corresponding to the locking ball arranged in the new part part, tubular part for locking the locking ball, guide groove "on the inside of the intermediate part for guiding the locking ball during the rotation of the key head from open to locked position, where the length of the guide groove corresponds to a 'rotation of' the key head 10 15 20 25 30 35 and a quarter turn the pitch of the guide groove corresponds to a tightening of the key head in the axial direction by 1-5 mm. that the turning and locking mechanism also comprises, a guide pin with a square cross-section fixedly arranged on the tapered part opposite the locking ball, a second guide groove with a square cross-section on the inside of the intermediate part opposite the first guide groove, for more precise control of the guide pin when turning the key head lock , that the key head comprises an adjustable locking mechanism, which is adjustable for clockwise or counterclockwise pulling of the fastening element, that the upper part of the key head, including the locking mechanism, is detachably arranged. on the key head via a mechanical coupling, that the mechanical coupling comprises a pivot shaft for rotating the upper part in a vertical direction relative to the upper part of the key head and relative to the fastening element.
ADVANTAGES AND EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The invention entails a number of advantages and effects, the most important of which are as follows; The simple and robust construction of the turning and locking mechanism enables quick and easy changes of key heads for different types of fastening elements, the turning function of the extension handle. enables traction of a fastening element up to 240 ° in tight spaces.
The variable length of the extension handle via a lockable telescopic mechanism enables efficient work in different types of spaces. 10 15 20 25 30 35 The simple construction of the socket wrench means a simple and inexpensive construction to manufacture.
The invention has been defined in the following patent claims and will now be described in more detail in connection with the accompanying figures.
Additional advantages and effects will become apparent upon study and consideration of the following detailed description of the invention when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 schematically shows a socket wrench with articulated extension handle and a key head mountable via a rotary and locking mechanism.
Fig. 2 shows the socket wrench according to Fig. 1 with the key head mounted.
Fig. 3 shows the function seen from above, for a socket wrench, according to Fig. 1, in a cramped space without depth.
Fig. 4 shows the function, seen from the side, of a socket wrench, according to Fig. 1, in a cramped space with depth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT A preferred embodiment of the wrench 1 and its function according to the invention is shown in Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4.
The socket wrench 1, according to 1 and 2 comprises three main parts; a key head 2, an intermediate part 3 and an extension handle 4, wherein the extension handle 4 is rotatably arranged on the intermediate part 3 of the wrench 1 via a rotary shaft 9.
The rotational function of the extension handle 4 enables the pulling / rotation of a fastening element of up to 240 ° in a narrow space, which is shown in figure 3. The intermediate part 3 comprises a tubular or cylindrical part 6, preferably of circular cross-section. Designs with other cross-sections can also be used.
In one embodiment, the pivot shaft 9 is provided with a manually adjustable locking device for locking the extension handle 4 in certain positions / angles. In a further embodiment of the extension handle, the extension handle 4 is designed with a variable lockable telescopic mechanism, not shown, which means that the length of the handle 4 can be varied steplessly and locked at certain lengths to thereby adapt to the depth of a narrow space 17.
The key head 2 is designed with a tapered part 5, preferably with a circular cross-section, to fit in the cylindrical part 6 of the intermediate part 6.
The key head 2 is detachable and arranged on the intermediate part 3 via a turning and locking mechanism. The rotating and locking mechanism comprises a prestressed locking ball 12 arranged on the tapered part 5 of the key head 2. The locking ball 12 is preferably prestressed via a coil spring. A hole 11 for locking the locking ball 12 is arranged on the tubular or cylindrical part 6 of the intermediate part 3. in the hole 11, when mounting the key head 2. The length of the guide groove 13 corresponds to a rotation of the key head 2 by a quarter turn. The guide groove 13 has a pitch, from locked to unlocked position, in the range 10 ° - 60 °, which corresponds to an axial tightening of the key head 2, of between 1 - 5 mm.
The construction of the turning and locking mechanism thus means that the key head 2 can be mounted and disassembled, only, in one and the same way, which effectively prevents malfunction.
The key head 2 is mounted by pressing the tapered part 5 of the key head 2 into the cylindrical part 6 of the intermediate part 3, after which the key head 2 is turned clockwise a quarter turn until the locking ball 12 clicks into the hole 11, the rotational movement is guided by the guide groove 13. the guide ball is pressed against the tapered part 5, after which the key head 2 is turned counterclockwise a quarter turn.
To further improve the mounting and locking function, the turning and locking mechanism also comprises a guide pin 15, preferably with a square cross-section, fixedly mounted on the tapered part 5 of the key head 2, on the opposite side of the position of the locking ball 12. The guide pin 15 runs in a second guide groove 14, also with a square cross-section, on the inside of the cylindrical part 6. In the same way as for the first guide groove 13, the length of the second guide groove 14 corresponds to a rotation of the key head 2 by a quarter turn. The pitch of the second guide groove 14, from locked to unlocked position, is, as for the first guide, in the range 10 ° - 60 °, the groove 13, corresponding to an axial tightening distance of the key head 2, of between 1 - 5 mm.
By said arrangement with two guide grooves, one on each side of the key head 2, any imbalances that can occur when turning and locking the key head 2 are eliminated, which gives a very precise and distinct locking function. In a special embodiment of the above, the upper part of the key head 2, including the adjustable locking mechanism, is detachably arranged on the key head 2 via a mechanical locking coupling 8, which means that the upper part of the key head 2 containing the key 1 locking function 7 and the part connected to a fastening element 16 can be easily replaced.
The mechanical locking coupling 8 may in a special version also comprise a rotary shaft for rotating the lower tapered part 5 perpendicularly upwards relative to the upper part of the key head 2 and relative to the fastening element 16, according to figure 4.
The additional pivot axis enables traction of fastening elements 16 in narrow spaces 17 where a fastening element is located at a greater depth, in accordance with Figure 4.
The socket wrench 1 and its various parts are, preferably, made of some metallic material, for example steel.
Alternatively, a fiber-reinforced plastic or a composite material can be used.
The wrench is designed for the best ergonomics, among other things because the rear part of the handle is designed with an oval grip-friendly cross section and coated with a slip / slip protection.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments shown but can be varied in various ways within the scope of the claims.
It will be appreciated, for example, that the number and size, material and shape of the elements and details included in the socket wrench which are of importance to the invention may be adapted with respect to each other and with respect to how the socket wrench is used.
